Leasehold services deals with specific leasehold enquiries, staircasing, assignments and the monitoring of service contracts, liaising with internal and external bodies to ensure we deliver to our clients a value for money and a high customer satisfaction service. In addition, the leasehold team serves cyclical maintenance and section 20 notices.
A leasehold panel has been set up, meeting bi-monthly to discuss leaseholders’ concerns, how we can improve the service, strategies and procedures. Any leaseholder is welcomed to join the panel.

New gas service for Leaseholders and Shared Owners
If you are a Newlon or Access Homes resident who owns part, or all of your home, we advise you to make sure that your gas appliances are safe to use. For your own safety and for those living around you it is a good idea to have a current CP12 gas safety certificate issued by a registered 'Gas Safe' engineer.
The good news is that we can now make this easier and cheaper for you!
Working with our Gas Servicing partner, BSW Heating, we can offer you their 3 star ServiceCare cover at a reduced price of £162 a year. This service provides comprehensive heating cover which covers all parts and labour costs and includes a full annual service. You can pay for the service by cheque or by monthly direct debit if this is more convenient.
