Welcome to the new Online Home Owners Panel.
We hope that this will be an effective yet simple and accessible way to consult with Home Owners on the issues and policies that directly affect you.
The first two items are The revised Defects Policy and the Subletting policy. These two policies are posted in the panel below in the October section and each have a brief introduction before the full policy. These will be available for the next three to four weeks to read.
Please use the email link below to send your comments and thoughts to us in those three to four weeks after which we will compile those comments and post a response sheet for you to see. Please remember to include your name and address in your email.
As this is the first time we have run an online group like this we would also appreciate your comments on how to improve it and make it work well.
