Newlon Home Ownership is part of Newlon Housing Trust, a charitable housing association founded in Hackney in 1968 to provide decent and affordable homes for local people.
Today we provide 7,000 homes across North and East London and we remain as committed as we were in 1968 to supporting the needs of one of the UK’s most diverse communities.
We provide a range of options to help those looking for a home, from affordable rented homes for people nominated to us by our local authority partners, to Shared Ownership, ‘part-buy, part rent’ homes to help people take a first step on the property ladder. We also offer innovative Intermediate Rent schemes for Key Workers.

Our sister organisation Newlon Fusion works on a wide range of Community Regeneration projects, working with local people and a range of partners to support and build sustainable communities. We are growing fast with a further 1,300 homes currently in development and are proud to be the lead developer of social housing for the ‘Arsenal on the move’ regeneration project. 1,400 new affordable homes are being built in the area surrounding Emirates Stadium following Arsenal FC's move from their historic Highbury home. Many community initiatives are also being developed as part of one of Europe’s biggest regeneration schemes.
